Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were spacious and lovely, especially with the big balcony and sunbeds, but the service was a bit slow at times. The hotel is ideally located between Rota and San Lucar, allowing easy access to Cadiz and Jerez de la Frontera. If you want to have a blast, this hotel is the one to pick. My 7-year-old daughter is now insisting we only stay here to see PEPE, the hotel's mascot. The junior suite was fantastic with large double sized beds, fitted wardrobe, and a spacious bathroom. It was clean and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable for the three of us, equipped with a small fridge/mini-bar, and in excellent condition. The pool was fantastic, especially for the kids. The service was top-notch, with particularly personable and well-mannered staff who were always kind and super friendly. The location was lovely for our daughter, easy to access surrounding areas like Rota, Chipiona, and San Lucar. The dining experience, especially the cooked-to-order omelets and crepes, was outstanding, although the buffet dinner was a bit tiresome after a few days.
